Really bad. They overcharge compared other car wash places in the area and yet don’t have cleaning soft cloth and free vacuum. Half of the nozzles don’t spray properly. This place runs on autopilot, with no one really bothered about what customers want. And yes, after the wash they force your out on the road with no option to directly go vacuum your car.

Why did I pay $16 for the top of my car to still have dirt on it? Must have something to do with when the machine stopped and all cars were sitting still for like 15 seconds. Staff was nice though.

The price is reasonable, but the services they used to provide, such as a towel to wipe your dashboard and a working mat cleaner, are no longer available. During my last wash, globs of soap were left all over my car, and there was no one to direct me into the wash to make sure I was on the tracks. I also wish they would spray your car a bit before you go in, like other places. I hope they step up their game!

I'm used to going to Allston street carwash but they recently did a horrible job on my $125 car wash. But the job was similar here, at least it was only $26. The car was maybe even washed better here. However, the overall job was terrible. The tire shine didn't cover my whole tire and it just looks worse. It's clear that the machine just hit like 1/4 of each tire. So they all just have a shiny spot on them, which is more off-putting than maybe just not using it. The attached images are a day afterwards. This would maybe be a 3 star but then I went to the vacuum and the bay wasn't working. After spending some time going over the car for spots and such, there were many, I just went to vacuum last, it didn't work.. didn't take my card... So really disappointed but I will try them again. I would've def got a detail and membership... But it was just not up to par. I'll be sure to update if my experience gets better.

They have several locations which makes this a very convenient car wash to sign up for. This location is one of the newer ones, but it is also at the corner of a busy intersection. That's the reason why it has a right turn exit only, which is away from the intersection, but the majority of customers turn left instead, towards the intersection where only about 3 cars can fit in front of the traffic light. This builds up even more traffic, and causes the tunnel to need to shut down temporarily, slowing things down even further. When it is busy like this, it takes about 10 minutes from the entrance to get through the car wash just once. There are two lanes that merged into a single lane after payment. When it is busy, sometimes the washes get mixed up, and you don't get what you pay for. I often end up with an express wash or other wash that is cheaper than what I actually paid for and need to ask them to correct it. Most of the time, they do. A couple of times, the wash got messed up again by the time I got through again, but I've never had them give me an issue about it. The car wash lasts about a minute.
